Go back and start small. Pick a few mods, maybe 10, that each do something different - armor, weapons, magic, NPCs, etc - and ensure they work together.
Then, add no more than 5 more at once, to ensure they will work with your original 10.
Fully read AND fully understand the Mod Description page at Nexus, including the Installation and Troubleshooting and Known Incompatibilities.
Mods that do the same thing will cause problems, no matter how much you want them to work together for whatever reason you want them to. Mods do not care how much you like them or how much you want them to work together. They're not humans who can be forced (the dumb ones anyway) to get along with others despite inherent incompatibilities.
LOOT detects Skyrim Special Edition, starting from version 0.10.0, released 06.11.2016.

You may want to read through the ones by Ilja and SMR, since these contain links and guides to modding skyrim.

This is your problem. I don't have a solution other than why are they all the same load order number ;O
7 7 Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp Uhm... You are posting on the Special Edition pages. So you have the wrong USLEP You need the Unorffical Skyrim Special Edition Patch.esp
I suppose this all depends on the tool(s) you're using. Vortex would immediately mention if there are any conflicts and it would also provide suggestions to resolve those (by loading one mod before the other for example).
My advice would be to let Vortex handle all this. It will also make it much easier to download & install mods from Nexus; usually you can tell the website to download the mod using Vortex. After that all you have to do is actually install & enable it.
