LOOT - Load Order Optimisation Tool
Was wondering if I can use this for vortex mod manager as that is the mod manager that I use for this game. Or is this tool more for mod organizer than vortex mod manager thank you if anyone knows the answer to this question.

i use Vortex and LOOT. LOOT will find Errors and other issues that Vortex cant and is unable to do
A version of LOOT is actually built in to Vortex. Running LOOT separately is redundant. When you install a mod with Vortex, it is sorted automatically. The only reason to change anything is if the features of a particular mod you want in game are overwritten. Then use the Vortex Rules to place the mod.

I ran LOOT by itself and found errors, that Vortex was not telling me about.
Use vortex to install all of your mods (aka plugins in vortex) then sort with loot. I use external loot as it is pretty handy outside of simply sorting mods, it can also tell you about patches and random QOL patches. However, technically you dont need LOOT.

I prefer to use LOOT and FNIS and SSEDIT manuallu. that way i know it was ran and did its job. and i can find errors that vortex wont tell you
befoer i did this i was CTD every few min, than i ran LOOT and found over 20 errors that Votex didnt let me know about. i fixxed them 1 by 1 and ran LOOT again and game has been running perfect

If you use loot, fnis, ssedit separately because Vortex doesnt hightlight any conflict, why you didnt use Mod Organizer2? It highlighted every file that are conflicted. Plus, It can carry heavy modding (etc...500+ plugin), while vortex are just like fancy wooden bridge that would break anytime when surpassing certain mod limit/conflict threshold.

Skyrim cant do over 250 Plugins not 500, plus M02 is not user friendly and if you get something wrong you can brick your game and mod list

Yeah I was gonna say that but figured someone would meme on him if I didnt anyways.
Yes, bethesda game had 255 plugin limit, but you can counter it by using mod that have esl or esp+esl tag that is provided by the mod author. Technically, i can run my 500+ plugin because 200 plugin are mark as Esm+Esp plugins, while the other 300 plugins that is mark as esp+esl/esl. Thus, this doesnt eat the 255 plugin limit and skyrim doesnt crash on launch.

Second, Mo2 is just not beginner friendly for new user that into modding. The UI/UX of Mo2 or Vortex is up to debate and im not an expert in UI.

Third, anything can break the game if a user didnt understand the friction/limitation of the mod. Atleast Mo2 provide a signal of which mod is conflicting on each other so you can tackle it in the future.
Vortex does tell you all Loot Messages. as well as Warnings. in the Plugin Tab. The thing is you have to pick and read the Flags column Icons. or just manually pick Warnings Or Loot Messages. I have ran both manual and the built in versions Both run the same Master List so there is no difference in error catching. only in the displaying of said Errors. Admittedly Manual Loot is Dummy User friendlier then Vortex when it comes to displaying said Messages. I prefer the more streamlined Vortex approach. Just my opinion. Which we all know is Personal Preference, Amounts to just a hill of Beans in the end. Current Mod build is 549 total plugins running. 79 of which make up the base game of the five vanilla game files and all CC content of 74 . so 470 additional Plugins from Other Mods either built or installed all thru Vortex. running at 58 fps 4 K res, with another 100 mods waiting to be added in the download folder.
