When I was still on my PS3 I was a die hard Nord, and a Companion too of course. Hircine for the win, I embraced being a magical werewolf ("Lycan") and I was going to share with my brethren.
Ever noticed the huge grill in Jorrvaskr?
That needed to be filled, and we should be PROUD of our heritage.
So I did what any true Companion loving Nord would do: I sought out good ("tasty"?) looking men and women, killed them with as little damage as possible, "thralled them", led them back into Jorvasskr, killed them again and put their bodies onto the grill after stripping them (this was PS3 so no nudity, no worries: this post is fully family friendly (LOL)).
After a few hours or so (and suffering from 1 or 2 despawns) I had finally managed my ultimate goal: the grill was filled with fresh meat.
Now, one would think that since we're all alike and we embrace the calling of the blood the mead hall should be free to use as a tribute to the mighty Hircine as well, right?
(editorial freedom ensues from here on, the muses are taking over?!!)
So once the companions were (mostly) seated in the evening for their dinner I stood in front fo the table, looked out to my shield brothers and sisters and waved my hand towards the grill... "THIS", I boastingly announced: "THIS shall be our meal for we are true bothers and sisters of Hircine! FEAST!".
And I called upon Hircine (didn't even use the ring) and transformed then and there to feast on the bodies (and get more werewolf perk points, but don't tell anyone else!).
Much to my dismay the whole gang turned on me!!!
So I had no other choice but to kill those who defied me and put their bodies on the grill too (they also tasted better because I didn't have to "thrall" them before doing so).
In the end I ended up eating all by myself, the Companions were never the same again because from that point on the place seemed pretty dead no matter what time you were there and yah... so much for being true to Hircine.
Darn traitors!
Necromancy is evil, torturous, dark magic. You should feel bad. Daedra summons merely return to Oblivion on dismissal or defeat. Reanimated bodies have a soul (may not even be same person or even creature) forcibly imprisoned into that dead flesh. A Nord ripped from the halls of their ancestors to be imprisoned into forced servitude to a necrophiliac.
Things like Liches and Dragon Priests retain the original soul re-anchored to their own body after death.
Higher Daedra at least agree to a binding, or are subjugated, but they'll outlive their summoner and return to Oblivion. Or it's a beast such as Daedroth, those are just subjugation.
