Apiary takes much longer to respawn, the fish hacthery need to have some fish eggs added, like slaughterfish eggs or Salmon roe.

I wouldn't add slaughterfish eggs..... they tend to kill off the other fish and you end up with a fishery full of just them....

My Apiary isn't spawning Bees. I get some in my greenhouse but thats it. Is there a trick to get it going?

Just eventually, you have to wait a while, maybe away from the house.

Collect some and add them.

The Apiary has never started working. There are 5 bees and a honeycomb inside, whats the deal?

I think you just loot it, with the bees in the apariy.

Apiaries are strange, you can remove the bees and they respawn but if you remove the bees and the honeycomb they will just never reset again. But i am convinced the Lakeview manor is bugged as it does not produce any honey or anything like that like other apiaries do.

You can take the honeycomb, but you need to add bees to get the honeycomb to regenerate... And I found the bees eventually reset to just five after a while, making the whole exercise pointless....
