Does it ever rain in Skyrim?
This is probably a dumb question, but I'm very new to the game. I've only seen it snow, but does it ever rain or storm in Skyrim?

You can make it storm whenever you want with a shout.

put this in console command "FW 000c8220 " without quotations when leave a cell might go away That will cause thunderstorm and very heavy rain if you stay static without leaving cell rain will stay for long time. what i did made a bat file just do bat rain in console it save you having remember the command its self if you wanna create a quick file just make a new rain.txt file paste in that command save it then remove .txt from file in installation directory then in console type "bat rain" without quotations if need more help google and skyrim wikia can help out on things you can also do heavy snow storms any where aswell with console command
