the mods i want to use are loading, and I can open race menu, i just cant get anyone to move at all. Any help would be appreciated.

So what mods do you use and what is their load order? If characters don't move then it's usually an issue with one of the mods, one of those could be incompatible or missing dependencies, etc, etc.

I may be having the same problem. I even have TGM on to make me weightless and I can't move in 3rd person but only a bit in first. I can't run at all if TGM is not on...
the first answer is post your load order with LOOT and also you have non SSE mods installed consider trying to find the same but converted to skyrim se or mods that were made for skyrim se

Im trying to use the fair manga lite all in one mod and i downloaded all the associated files (HDT Phyics extensions and NetImmerse override)
post your load order so we can get the full list besides what you just told me not to mention as i said before you have non skyrim se compatible mods installed therefore they wont work as instended very few do (textures mostly) and if the ones you have installed that aren't skyrim se compatible will not work as intended (thus find the skyrim se equivalent mods and install those) but first post your load order with LOOT first (if you have adult mods from LL dont worry no one will judge you i have some as well and am not afraid to post my load order if i have an issue)

here is my load order

0 0 Skyrim.esm
1 1 Update.esm
2 2 Dawnguard.esm
3 3 HearthFires.esm
4 4 Dragonborn.esm
5 5 SkyUI_SE.esp
6 6 SOSRaceMenu.esp
7 7 RaceMenu.esp
8 8 XPMSE.esp
9 9 RaceMenuPlugin.esp
10 a RaceMenuMorphsCBBE.esp
11 b FNIS.esp

i feel as though some of the mods may not be displaying on LOOT though because vortex says i have 11 mods added. you'lll have to forgive me, im very new to this

you sorted this right or did you just load it up and then copy and paste? (just checking) ok you dont have the "skeleton arm fix" checked off thus the incorrect bones (correct number is (at least for me) 126 bones) you have no animation mods loaded (some can be found on nexus others on LL (dont ask for the full name steam censors it) again i ask did you just straight up copy and past or did you sort then copy/paste? also your version of FNIS is for skyrim LE not skyrim se:

I sorted then copy and pasted

If the characters aren't moving that sounds more like a navmesh issue. If you have any mods that overwrite any areas you might want to start looking there. Skeleton mods shouldn't effect npcs ability to navigate around.
your version of FNIS is for skyrim LE not skyrim SE see my link above also this:

yeah it says im already using both of the files you sent me, maybe i just accidentally tried running it through the old version because i did have that at one point but since uninstalled it
that might solve all but one of your issues i cant help on PCEA2 as i have never used it before nor will i probably ever
