Submissive Lola
Shaydows Vampire Lord Overhaul:
Mainly because it's not a Nexus mod. This mod allows quite extensive modifications to the appearance of the vampire lord form, including for example replacing the form's body with your regular body, replacing the wings with the Animated Dragon Wings mod, giving the form any outfit you want and/or replacing the form's idle and movement animations. Want to just make it look cooler? Can do. Want to turn the form into a dragon or succubus? Can do.
Honorable mentions:
Quick Loot RE:
This adds a Fallout 4 style looting menu to each container, including chests, corpses, NPC pickpocketing etc. Just hover over the target to see the list of items.
Serana and Claire:
This has an ok amount of endorsements but I feel has gone fairly unnoticed in the shadow of the popular Seranaholic. Allows adding a vampire NPC called Claire or replacing Serana's appearance with what I feel is a more glamorous, classy version. Love it!
Cinematic Dragon Soul Absorption:
Also has an ok amount of endorsements but could also use way more attention IMHO. Replaces the sounds and animation of absorbing a dragon soul, with what I feel is something way more epic. Has several options, such as adding a shout for the dragonborn or causing the dragonborn to float up into the air and burst with blast of energy.
These are mostly immersion mods.

That being said I got a few niche mods that are quite nice.
PC Headtracking and Voice Type SE - Don't need to use the voice at all. But the headtracking options are certainly nice.
D13 faster get up stand up animation - Pretty much what it says. Not sure why it says it twice.
Enhanced Atronochs - Effectively de-level atronachs and makes them all properly balanced towards one another.
True armor - A framework that adds armor deflection and piercing mechanics into the game.
Inigo - Not really a quality of life mod but probably one of the BEST examples for what an NPC can really be when done right. For Oldrim, Arissa the Thief would be my suggestion for a companion that's more than a quipping arrow sponge.
Better Container Controls
Sometimes Pickup Books
Enchantment Swapper
All by CDCooley on nexus. All four very nice, helpful mods, to make your experience better.
No more sitting down 120597129356 times, while you try to loot that table. No more having to read every. single. book. in the middle of a dungeon. No more having to enchant something just to be able to name it. Transfer all your junk, or just some of your junk, you decide, into a container with just a single click. Great mods. Small, lightweight. Well worth it.
Not sure who is worse you or Avrie at screwing up my play thoughs with you mod suggestions.
(though I did tweak the frequency levels a bit in xEdit to fit what I wanted)
I'm sure I could come up with several hundred others, but that was the last one I added in, and it really makes a major difference - at least to me
They aren't as obscure these days as, say, the characters from Khajiit Will Follow or even more so, Alicia Painslut.
New ones surely!
