Opening and closing my inventory doesn't fix it
This time it happened after I picked up one too many potion ingredients, ate it so that I could walk, and then sold some stuff to an NPC after I had already gone under the weight limit. The bug started after I left the shop.
I just remembered a bug I encountered all the time a long time ago where for some reason, the shift button got inverted or something. What I mean is that instead of pressing shift to walk slowly and not to run, you press shift to run and don't to walk slowly
That's what this is. I have no idea what's causing it, but holding shift lets me move normally.
What used to cause it was pressing shift when I got one of those 3rd person shots while killing something, but that isn't happening with this
