How to put this.... anything that is going to change your play style is going to change the perk tree.

Perhaps you could be a touch more specific?, and people might know of mods that change it only a little bit.

Probably more along the lines of a mage killer from D&D, a warrior who is resistant to magic and specialised in killing them.

Exactly like Path of the Anti-Mage? I can't say I know many.

Wintersun - Religions of Skyrim adds worship of a whole list of deities. If you are devoted to one, they will grant you their boon. Each deity has tenets, stuff they want you to do and stuff they don't want you to do, and these can affect your playthough.

Thunderchild - Shouts of Skyrim overhauls the shouting system and makes being a thu'um wielder a lot more viable, but parts of it break after 4096 cell loads.
