Perhaps you could be a touch more specific?, and people might know of mods that change it only a little bit.

Wintersun - Religions of Skyrim adds worship of a whole list of deities. If you are devoted to one, they will grant you their boon. Each deity has tenets, stuff they want you to do and stuff they don't want you to do, and these can affect your playthough.
Thunderchild - Shouts of Skyrim overhauls the shouting system and makes being a thu'um wielder a lot more viable, but parts of it break after 4096 cell loads.
