VERY IMPORTANT if you wish to successfully mod your game
As to posting load order, just click on the 3 verticle dots in the upper right corner of LOOT screen, click on copy load order from the drop-down menu, and then paste.
Loot will highlight in red any mod that is missing a master. It will indicate this as an error at the top.
As regards LOOT telling you to clean mods other than the Masters (Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm, Dragronborn.esm), DO NOT clean ITMs (unless the mod author or a reliable forum regular says otherwise) as LOOT does not pick up whether these edits (ITMs) are necessary or not, and some mods require them to run correctly. Do, however, clean deleted references, as these may cause problems in your game.
As to cleaning the Masters, see:

As to the crashes, try this:
Just before going through the door where you've had crashes (before the load screen triggers), make a hard save (hit Esc, click save, then click New Save). Go through the door. If the game crashes, load the save you just made (not the autosave), and try going through the door again.
If you still get a crash, it could be either you are using a lot of hi-res textures or a mod conflict of some type.
Although SSE has better memory and less performance problems than original due to the 64 bit engine, it is still possible to get a CTD when loading a new cell if the memory demand is too great (usually due to using very hi-res graphics such as 4K textures).
If a possible mod conflict, you would have to use SSEEdit to see if there is a conflict, and where it is (unless someone sees something in your load order).
