why nords hate dark elf??

Not really Dunmer, they hate the elves in general.

The Nords were originally Immigrants from Atmore (north of Skyrim, past the seas of ghosts).
They settled in Skyrim, everything was fine for a while.
The native elves (Falmer) eventually grew anxious at the Nords presence in their land. The Falmer elves decided to wipe out the nords, forcing the Nords out of their land. Killing most of them. (Kinda like Hitler done).

The surviving Nords retreated back to Atmora, this is where they told their people what happened. This resulted in Ysgramor & his companions sailing back to Skyrim and invading the elves, killing them all & forcing the remaning elves underground (eventually they became deformed and blind, as you see them in Skyrim).

After than the Nords have always had a rough peace with the Elves. A lot of hostility with the Dunmer too.
In Skyrim they're made to seem more racist than usually. They're not really as you get to understand their point of view more, they're more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ than racist.
In Skyrim they hate the elves because of course the Thalmor started a civil war and conquered the Empire.
Ulfric (and many other Stormcloaks and Nords) were members of the Imperial legion and fought in the Great War agaisnt the Thalmor and their dominion.
After the Thalmor won and the Empire submitted to them, also banning the worship of Talos (founder of the Empire). This is of course wrong and a direct betrayal of the Empire and the Nords.
From the Stormcloak point of view the Empire is no longer strong and fit to rule. So they took it upon themselves to fight them back and go to war with the Thalmor.

Also, the Dunmer are EXTREMELY racist. I'd reccomend you play Morrowind if you haven't already. They hate all outsiders.
the Altmer also hate anyone that isn't them (most, anyway). They're FAR superior at magic, that's fact. So they see themselves as a superior race. (You can see more of this if you play the Dominion in ESO).

Probably mostly because of the influx of refugees from Morrowind after the events of Morrowind, like most peoples seem to hate most large influx ethnic groups into their neighborhoods. Well that, and Nords are just mostly inherently racist.

A lot of Nords blame the College of Winterhold for the Great Collapse, and, since most of the College have historically been Dark Elves, they get the blame for it. Then there is also the refugees in Windhelm flooding in from the Red Year in Morrowind; they aren't being a problem but the Throne of Ysgramor having half of it's population as Dark Elves makes the on edge Nords feel cultrally threatened. Speaking of, the strong nationalist sentiment being fanned by Ulfric and the Stormcloaks is just making a lot of Nords even more xenophobic and mistrustful of all outsiders, which just adds to the above.

Morrowind and Skyrim have also been at war a number of times in the past. They are right next to each other so if ethier wants to expand (any "normal" ruler would always like more serfs) one of the only tragets is the other. There is also the whole men vs mer thing which would have lead to wars aswell.

Most of the racism seems to be from the whole "Skyrim for the Nords". Pretty much anyone besides the Redguards belongs to an "anti-Skyrim" faction, and is likely more loyal to their "homeland" then Skyrim. This is likely the rootcause of most of the racism.

Also I found it really odd when nords would lump Dunmer in with the Thalmor. They live about the farthest away from each other as you can get. And on top of them the Dunmer don't even get along well with the other elves. They would have more in common with the Empire then the Thalmor. The whole banning certain types of worship would also be a major red flag for the Dunmer after being ruled by a bunch of false gods.

The snow elves betrayed them in the first era so they hate all elves now. Sadly, it's very human.

Perhaps, in addition to the reasons given above, the Nords detest the Elves because the Elves look down at the Nords, and consider them to be inferior. Of course, the Nords know that they are superior to the Elves, in every way ...
