Can't Buy Alchemy Lab in Breezehome?
I want to buy the Alchemy Lab for Breezehome, but when I talk to Proventus Avinicci, the option to buy it isn't there. The funny thing is, the option was there before... when I couldn't afford it. But whenever I have enough gold to buy it, the option is no longer there. Is this a glitch of some kind?

If so, is it just for that particular house? Or does this happen for all houses?

Did you build a bedroom for the kids?

Yeah.

I thought you could switch back and forth. Unless you have kids living there. That'd probably hide the option.

Not 100% certain, it's been a long time since pure vanilla, but I think that might be a function of some mod or other.

I've played fairly recently on ps3 so I can attest that there are atleast some you can swap around at your leisure. I just don't know if you can do it with all of them.

You can switch the bedroom for children to into an alchemy lab, but the option to buy something for your house is only available if the steward is not on the porch and not sleeping.
But children living there could be a problem. When i adopted children i had another house. Breezehome is a storing and working place for me.^^ No children there.

If you use mods off nexus there is a great mod entitled Adventurers basement for which I highly reccomend. I won't play without this mod installed.

That's also available through the mod menu ingame.

Yep, I really enjoyed using it, but I'm a crafting ♥♥♥♥♥ and I'm finding the grand bathhouse alot better laid out to my personal needs, tho I need to find out if there's any way to customize the sorting. Because of a few other mods(primarily ordinator and ars metallica) there are a few things I want in different locations. And it doesn't have bear claws sorted anywhere...
