In Documents\Proxy Studios\Gladius\Logs, there should be a 'gladius.error' file. Can you please share its content?

I believe you graphic card is not up to date.
Please visit intel's website and download the latest drivers for your graphic card.
If it doesn't fix it, please remove all existing GPU drivers and reinstall the newest ones from intel's website.
I did research and diagnoses. For intel, the driver is an HP custom driver. It advises against installing a generic intel driver. And for HP, the driver is up to date.

I believe HP is in the wrong. You need to update your drivers.
I tried uninstallation then reinstallation with the ‎Intel‎ driver and support assistant.
The latter refuses any installation of an intel driver that he indicates as not appropriate.
In the end, I found an alternative solution. It is a shame to get there, but since we have passed into a dialogue of the deaf.

Your GPU should support Vulkan, but it needs the corresponding software.
But if you found a solution it's good :)

Could you share your solution? it seems i'm having the same issues as you, i tried all the advices i could find in the forum but it didn't help.

How did you install your drivers?
The only thing I can think of is, maybe you have conflicting versions of drivers?
Check if you have several versions of the Nvidia GPU drivers installed, and remove the oldest ones if you do.

Otherwise, I have no clue. You'll need to contact the support directly :)
i got two graphic card but i made myself sure it's the good one being activate, thanks for trying to help tough
