How to counter Aeldari's Wraithknights?
I am playing against my brothers for the fourth or fifth time and I can't find the equivalent unit, when it comes to proportion of cost/impact.
Wraithknights aren't too expensive (80 mat., 80 en.), they can stomp, they can jump, they have two guns with good range and they have TONS of damage reductions and resists.
New chaos scorpion and Cerastus (for example) are stronger, of course, but they are much harder to produce. So who is equal to them in terms of power and damage? Who may oppose them?

Defiler and Chaos Land Raider (DLC) are closest comparisons in cost/defence. I don't have the exact numbers at hand but I've always found Defiler more effective than Wraithknight in damage output.

Yeah, I can agree with that. Unfortunately, Defilers are easier to kill due to default amount of HP/armor, but under the buffs of Master of Possession they can deal INSANE damage, that's a fact. For now they seem (to me) the only thing that can mess and have success with WK.
Also, I suspect Ork's Warboss with items can also annihilate them, but he is relatively thin and can be killed too quick.
Anyway, thanks for the answer, Noodlesocks, let's see what others have to say!

Taking in the fact that Knights are Titanic TT Modells there Gladius stats are a laughing matter. for chaos the Defiller is indeed the (better) Gladius counterpart (and that thing is only normal Tanksize in TT) . another try coud be the cannon dogs. not the same Tier or cost, but they can make real big holes in most things, specialy when they got both abilitys ready at the same time.

Yes, fiends with cannons are good enough to make real holes, I agree. But ok, we found it for Chaos, what are the equals for other factions? Are there any other monsters or titans, that are not at 10 research lvl and can be produced for ~160 of *any resource*? I mean, not any of them, but the ones who can deal with WK 1v1. Or at least 1+supporting unit v 1.

I am going to test Space Marines' Land Raider against them in the nearest future, but I'm afraid it will get smashed.
New IG's tank Rogal Dorn is a candidate too. Testings required.

The Rogal is something that needs numbers, it is a better Leman when it comes to dmg output (still cant hold a candle to a full equiped Tank commander) , for Imps the Mix makes the Numbers, not single Modells. Its the same tier and same cost categorie, but more of a teamplayer unit.

at SM units its indeed the Landraider or the Thunderhawk, but same problem as imps, SM live from synergie, not single units. in the first place both units are a transporter, a well armed well armored one, but still a transporter.

or look at AddMech. on the vehicle side you can go right from Ornager to Crusader (no big deal, the research of AdMech flys through the ranks normaly if done correct) . The Crusader dont seem on par with most other endunits, but the sheer number AdMech can spit out of this things in no time compensates all. and in research its right near the WK.

same goes for Nids, Fex spam against fewer higher level enemy units.

How does the Brainbursta stack up? They're both tier 9 iirc. I'm sure the Warithknight does a lot more damage but the Brainbursta has a monster health pool.

I've just triend Hierodules against my bro's WKs and they didn't impress me too much. Strong, but they were desintegrated by the buffed Scorpion (83 DMG per one attack, really?!?!).
I guess, spamming Trygons, Exocrynes and Tyrannofexes might be more effective, but what do you recommend?
Thanks for the answer in advance.

I am not much of an Ork player, but will try to ckeck that out. Interesting.

orcs are in the strange position that they can spit out 3 heavys/superheavys at the same time at the end. somehow i fnd the gorkanaut lacking, the DLC Tank and the Squigo are useable. but woudend be sure where to put them in Unitlevel. never tryed to use the Tank alone (or any Orc Unit) but it shoud have the standing power for a 1o1 with a WK. both mentationed units have transport ability (and many slots for that) , so it woud be strange as orcplayer that you send them out alone.
