Not sure what you're on about but the modding scene is clearly alive and well, in fact its probably the best it's ever been. There's so many different mods to pick and choose from. Stuff like TMV (still being worked on btw), the phenomenal custom units mods (with actual new models and sometimes even animations) by guys like Devian which are just amazing additions to the game, and even new factions or chapters etc.

Most are just variations of existing vehicles, also there's eight different classes of Titans chap so the matter of balance still is factored in, when in comparison there's seven different classes of Knights which are more likely to be used for Gladius even as a mod than trying to scale a Titan like a Warhound or a Reaver to fit Gladius.

I believe Doc is working on a Warhound and I'm working on Chaos Knights and War Dogs.

Also please remember that even if we had models they are difficult to implement. For example a Knight goes up to the knee joint of a Warlord titan. Each Warlord foot is as big as a game hex. So you'd either be playing with tini titans or an army of ants.

it doesnt have to be to scale, the rhino chaisis vehicles are smaller then space marines, in reality its the oppsite
