Influence should not be a problem with Space Marines unless you are rushing/going all in early on.
For real mobility, consider the nids, orks or space elves.
You mean you don't have insane amounts of influence from the captains eco ability? SM should have more influence than you know what to do with, I even run negative influence income at times with them as the captains can hard carry that resource themselves.
Ok, fine. I won't tell you to waste lots of influence to press the "instant win" button.
Or can you use that from outposts?
