If you are going by Gladius lore - well, the Campaigns you get a female Cryptek and a female Aeldari Ranger Captain, a female Tau Commander, a Chaos sorcereress (and of course the Sororitas and a few female characters in the Drukhari campaign).
Few actual Gladius unit models are unambiguously female, but as lots of units wear heavy armour / robes or are inside vehicles this doesn't mean much.
If you are going by the Too Many Voices mod (excellent choice! ;) ) ... you will find a number of female units. Sororitas and Drukhari sadly aren't voiced yet, but the Aeldari campaign has a female narrator. The Banshees and the Farseer hero are female. As are the Tau Commander and the Imperial Guard Valkyrie. Most units are male, though.

I believe I read somewhere that Howling Banshees are a path taken predominantly by female Aeldari (though not exclusively).
