Drukhari Betrayal Culture & Corsair Outposts Explained
To placate any future point of contention.

Betrayal Culture
<39 influence = -20% loyalty
40-79 influence = -16% loyalty
80-119 influence = -12% loyalty
120-159 influence = -8% loyalty
160-199 influence = -4% loyalty

200-239 influence = +0% loyalty

240-279 influence = +4% loyalty
280-319 influence = +8% loyalty
320-359 influence = +12% loyalty
360-399 influence = +16% loyalty
>400 influence = +20% loyalty

T2 Targetted Assassinations adds only +4% loyalty.

Corsair Outposts
0 outposts = -50% growth
1 outposts = -45% growth
2 outposts = -40% growth
3 outposts = -35% growth
4 outposts = -30% growth
5 outposts = -25% growth
6 outposts = -20% growth
7 outposts = -15% growth
8 outposts = -10% growth
9 outposts = -5% growth

10 outposts = +0% growth

11 outposts = +5% growth
12 outposts = +10% growth
13 outposts = +15% growth
14 outposts = +20% growth
15 outposts = +25% growth
16 outposts = +30% growth
17 outposts = +35% growth

Betrayal Culture isn't quite right, but it doesn't change anything. The math is right either way. The Drukhari don't take a 20% loss from influence. Their buildings, HQ and Cult Arena respectively, only produce 4.8 influence base. This is 20% less than normal, but not because they take a loyalty hit. They then gain +5% loyalty every 40 influence. The only time I can think of the difference between what you posted and just %5 per 40 of 4.8 mattering though is if you set up next to an outpost that generates loyalty. Drukhari get less value from setting up next to loyalty outposts than other factions.

EDIT: Take that back, it does actually matter that you solved the loyalty per influence wrong for the purpose of the technology Soulbread and Circuses. Soulbread and Circuses benefits from the 5% loyalty per 40 influence, so the +3 for each city scales up by 50% at max. Should look like this:

Yes, it's because of Betrayal Culture.

You don't have to go around doing guesswork when you can get the values straight out of the game files.
