I have an Hp Omen as laptop with a 7th gen i7core and a gtx1070 on it. Now I understand we are currently 3 generations away from what I have, but I wouldn't call it ancient hardware either. Now, the problem isn't really the hardware and it's not really about *me*. Plenty people out there with the same unsolvable issue and yet Slitherine is still simply ignoring it.
I don't ask you to show support for a fellow customer and wh40k fan but at least refrain from diverting the topic to the usual juvenile back and forth of hostile replies whilst providing 0 constructive feedback. I take your answer on the subject is "don't know, don't care".
Fine, move along.
Hey, Max, would you kindly explain to yourself why what you said is not exactly up to standards?
Thanks, mate!
How is it possible that a GTX1070 with up to date nvidia drivers (and not those from Windows update, Microsoft does not distribute Vulkan drivers, at least that is how it was for years until i stopped using Windows entirely) cannot run a Vulkan game? Have you tried downloading the latest nvidia driver from their site and installing it?
There's every possibility that using childish insults *does*, in fact, make him feel like a big man.
Indeed. I can run this game on an 850m.
It took almost 2 YEARS to fix something the broke with a dlc!
Yeah, I always have the latest drivers. I have 0 issues with other games, including emulators using vulkan themselves. I figured emulators might come with their own package of drivers or some other thing? I don't know. I know I can still run games from 2023 with no problems but not this one. Which is quite bothering.
That's the insane part. WHY in the world would you gimp your own game, and quite a few customers, with such a stupid move. All Slitherin has done back then was asking for absurdly long game logs, providing the usual, useless "hAvE YoU tRiEd TuRnInG iT oFf AnD oN?" kind of reply and then disappearing. Classy.
Can't say I've installed whole new fresh drivers from point 0 lately, but every couple of months I clear all the various temporary caches and folders. Along with general pc maintenance. I might try that anyway since it's probably the last thing I can try. Cheers.
No, u.
Does this imply that Gladius runs as well?
