Kalibate Warriors all without a helmet
The DLC is overall very good and the units are well crafted, saying that as a Dark Eldar tabletop player I feel fairly disappointed that the developers of the game decided to portray all the kabalite warriors without a helmet.
Actually there are two different units in game which are the Kabalite Warriors and the Kabalite Trueborn that are using exactly the same textures.
A bit of a lazy decision in my honest opinion, they could have add at least for one of these two units the helmet on it.
Lore wise is also correct due to the majority of the kabalite fight with their helmets on and this is how GW promotes them:

I noticed that they made models of Kabalite Warriors wearing the helmet on the Raider unit so this mean that they are aware.
I truly wish and hope that the devs will at least modify one of the two units in game which are copy and past of the other and give them the option to wear their iconic spike helmet.

I agree, Kabalite warriors should be wearing helmets, the Trueborn are fine as they are. It would certainly make it easier to differentiate between the two units.

Also wyches should be mostly female. It's weird to see kabalites look exlusively so female and wyches all male.

And I wish there was some unit diversity in the units too. Each member of a unit just looks the same which doesn't look quite right for a few armies.

The lack of helmets was also one of the first things i noticed. If the same squads can´t have models with helmets and other models without helmets, then at least they should add helmets to the Trueborn and leave the warriors without helmets.

I hate their Ponytails.

sadly there is nothing that can be done for it, i asked the dev about it on discord

but man i share that pain i personally wanted trueborn to have helmets because they have a heavier armor (shoulder plates and backpacks)

Same here. The Kabalite Warriors and the Trueborn do look lame without helmets, and at least the devs should have differentiated one unit from the other.
However, according to this link:
https://gladiusrelicsofwar.fandom.com/wiki/Modding:Textures
it is possible to modify a unit's texture. The example given is a bit easier than adding an helmet, though. I was nonetheless thinking of copying the helmet of the Aeldari Guardians, modify it a bit to make it more drukharish and then paste it on the texture file, but I'm not even sure if it's possible - or if I'm able of doing it at all. Does anyone know if it's a viable option ? Or, is anyone aware of another way of doing it?

I've done some tests and it's not very conclusive. I was able to remove the hair and add the textures of the Guardians' helmet but the face remains (nose, cheeks, etc.). It's related to the mesh and not the texture, unfortunately.

Too bad. But thanks for saving me the effort!
