Unless you are into table-top W40K and don't care about a campaign, I would skip Sanctus Reach. It is just a series of maps where you take and hold a point until a timer expires. I found it extremely boring in just a few hours.
It's not however developed by the same people.
It's as if you said that two brands of cereals are the same because they're sold in the same supermarket.
I have to admit that I found it a little weird how different Battlesector seemed to be. :)
