As it pertains to Gladius:
When Gladius was first released it used OpenGL (the predecessor of Vulkan). After releasing the game the developers wanted to future-proof it so they switched from OpenGL to Vulkan because the former is an older API no longer being developed. This caused problems because Gladius could run on older graphics cards when it was released and the update broke the game for many people (including me). The big issue being that older graphics cards had to power to run Gladius just fine but the companies that made those cards didn't support them anymore and wouldn't program the drivers with the Vulkan API in mind.
This likely fractured the community and excluded a lot of people who bought the game. I bought a new computer after a while and was able to get back into it fortunately.
It's alright. I was asking about the video requirements. I awarded you 'clever,' as I realized my mistake. I had a good laugh. Thank you both.
