The Living Stone is a reference to Ian Livingstone[fr.wikipedia.org]
I'm surprised to not see a note on "You Call That a Scythe?" Is it too obvious to deserve one?
For ZhukoDim Was There "I chose the name ZhukoDim when starting the match, although I don’t know if that matters."
It doesn't matter.
The 40k kills is pretty easy, just go for a small map 1v1 and Space Marines vs Orks on impossible difficulty
You might need a few tries until you get yourself established enough to survive the initial encounter with them but if you get your economy rolling, they'll provide you with an endless stream of easy-to-kill-fodder
Just takes a bit of time :)
The most efficient way is actually the biggest map you can with the most neutrals. Neutrals are way easier to kill en masse, and you don't need to wait for them to spawn armies.
Still way too time-consuming.
