For mind war it appears to take the morale value of the Farseer and the morale value of the target and then multiplies the difference.
Farseer with 24 morale using mind war on a target with 2 morale should do 11, 22 or 33 damage for level 1 (50%), 2 (100%) and 3 (150%).
It might also ignore things like witchfire damage modifiers since it isn't listed as being a witchfire attack and it seems to ignore armour too, only dealing damaged based on the morale difference and nothing else.
5% of target HP up to 1.2.
Those damage ignore armor but are affected by accuracy (as well as special reductions).
It always multiplies accuracy by 5. If the unit has at least 2 movement, it also divides the accuracy by the unit's movement.
e.g against TSM (3 moves) it multiplies accuracy by 5/3 (roughly 1.6)
Damages are multiplied by (0.4 + Armor/10).
It means :
-Hitting 6 or 8 armor unit is the same and deals the exact damage indicated in your tooltip.
-7 armor units are the best target.
-Hitting other units will deal less damage.
