Mind War damage
Does anyone know if the damage of mind war is based on the numerical difference or the % difference?

Figured it out myself while bumming around in the game, it appears to be based on the numerical difference in morale.

Ok, good to know. That's probably also true then for other traits that "scale the damage with <attribute> of the target unit" such as Entropic Strike, Monofilament and the new Graviton. It's not clear to me how this scaling actually works other than that it likely uses the numerical value of the target's attribute.

+/- ~8.3% per attribute value?

I don't know about other abilities like entropic strike.
For mind war it appears to take the morale value of the Farseer and the morale value of the target and then multiplies the difference.

Farseer with 24 morale using mind war on a target with 2 morale should do 11, 22 or 33 damage for level 1 (50%), 2 (100%) and 3 (150%).

Did some more testing with a 20 morale Farseer using mindwar on a 0 morale warbuggy, can confirm that it doesn't take into account the "33% extra damage taken" from shattered morale it only did a flat 30 damage.
It might also ignore things like witchfire damage modifiers since it isn't listed as being a witchfire attack and it seems to ignore armour too, only dealing damaged based on the morale difference and nothing else.

Tested and confirmed that it ignores witchfire damage reduction.

It removes HP. It bypasses everything.

5% of target HP up to 1.2.
Those damage ignore armor but are affected by accuracy (as well as special reductions).

It always multiplies accuracy by 5. If the unit has at least 2 movement, it also divides the accuracy by the unit's movement.
e.g against TSM (3 moves) it multiplies accuracy by 5/3 (roughly 1.6)

Damages are multiplied by (0.4 + Armor/10).
It means :
-Hitting 6 or 8 armor unit is the same and deals the exact damage indicated in your tooltip.
-7 armor units are the best target.
-Hitting other units will deal less damage.
