New Race Vote?

I remember seeing a pinned post before adeptus came out about what did people want for the next race. It would be cool to see a new one! Also wondering what they are working on and if a new one will come out any time soon.

Dark Eldar and Sisters of Battle are the main factions still remaining
Harlequins or Genestealers hopefully some time later
Kroot are rumored to be getting a big push on the tabletop soon, maybe we'll see them in game some day

one more race before they move on , if were lucky another unit pack. the devs new game is around the corner , and it is the exact same genre

At most one more race, and no more, I hope. I'd rather see existing races and mechanics fleshed out instead of piling on one under-implemented race after another.

Agreed! The game could use more unit packs & mechanic expansions rather than new races.

Sister of Battle / Inquisitors +, which ever combo brings along the Sisters of Battle with them will be good enough for me. Not enough games with Sister of Battle accessible. I never plan to play any VR games so that one is a no go.

Good question. It's a popular thing to claim (multiple times in this short thread alone) , but I have frankly no idea if it is actually true as I've never seen anyone provide a source.

No, the devs have said they currently have a contract for 1 unit pack and a faction pack, and after that nothing is for certain
They may get another contract for more dlcs(as happened around the time they released AdMech), or may not
who knows

I'm hoping for Sisters of Battle next.

In the previous factions polls. Dark Eldar or Sisters of Battle were the current remaining viable faction (Factions that can field full unit rosters that are somewhat unique and 40k lore doesn't prevent from being Gladius.) with the highest vote count and Chaos Daemons almost always had lowest vote count, given comments on this and other recent treads I can't see that having changed.

I do hope that all three of the viable factions are added by the end of development, and other factions/sub-factions such as Genestealer Cults, Death Guard and Tau Auxiliaries are added as part of unit packs.

Do you have a source for that claim? The latest thing I have seen said by devs in relation to new DLC is the devs saying that there is going to be at least another unit pack and faction, that the dev team is hard at work on new content, and that they don't plan on stopping making content for Gladius yet.
