It's a super heavy so it's supposed to do high damage, it's balanced because it's mobility is absolutely awful. Get a few anti armor units to shred it before it ever gets close. Monoliths aren't even a threat compared to Obelisks and Tesseract Vaults lol

Counter it with your own Super Heavy units, Monolith is pretty okay but stuff like a Baneblade or the other Super Heavies can do pretty good damage to it. It also doesn't do 100 damage to a city, even a Tesseract Vault usually only does like 70

well looking at the phantom knight and its TT abilitys that can oneshot other superheavys/titans, nerved into oblivion with only 20 gladius dmg at best, i can only say greed is more than correct to wonder where the balance is gone.

A tesseract vault has literally the same weapon as an Obelisk.

That said a lvl 10 Obelisk with Viridian Discharge deals 56.7 damage to a city.
To reach 100 damage you'd need a Destroyer Lord with a level 3 Destruction Protocols, a Triarch Stalker (to get the +2 accuracy) and to break the morale of the city. You'd also need an additional T10 tech, static targetting.

With all that, you'd manage 110.8 damage.
I believe if your enemy can get this alignment of stars, it's fine that he annihilates your city.

Also the Obelisk has 30 attacks not 28 :D
