Toggle Resource view?

Is there a way to toggle on resource view? Being new to the game I'm use to other 4x games where you can toggle on option to see what resources the tiles produce so at a glance you can see where things are and good place to expand.

Having to mouse over each tile is a bit of a hassle also being new I don't know what items might be important resource for reclimation.
