Vulkan-1.dll missing?

i literally can't play the game at all, i used to be able to play it but after the tau update it always says Vulkan-1.ddl is missing and closes it, any way to fix this? and yes i've tried reinstalling multiple times along with verifying the files

And have you tired installing the latest graphics drivers? If yes, what version.

I get this error and it asks to update my drivers . They are at current driver release ( GTX 960 ) so Im lost . It refuses to launch

hmm .sorry did not run into that issue.

i myself use a GTX 960M on my laptop with Driver version 457.30. Never had any problems.

It may be more helpful if you open a support ticket and get them to help you instead.

OK, turned out there was a new update for my driver (it just didn't have a notice on the icon)

Installed that and it launched y then errored and crashed. Before I could launch again a new update dropped!

So make sure your drivers are update to date, and make sure the game is up to date

HEY!!! So I can save the souls of so many people.... If you are having this issue and can't solve through any other methods... go to your steam game settings by right clicking your game. !!!!!!!!!!!Select the BETA TAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Switch to legacy mode! This will switch your game from Vulcan to OpenGL! Hope this helps! It took me 6 hours of digging :) (Note: I have read you may not have access to some of the DLC. But you can still play :D )

IDK why has nobody said anything about this comment, but... DUDE! you were right.... IDK if you saved the soul of many people... but you did save mine! I'm playing right now after a looong time!
