How do you build a second CITY?
For the Space Marines I can not figure out how to build a second city and the manual dosnt explain it either. HELP

You cannot build a 2nd city. This is one of the faction traits.

Orks need to be fighting, Necrons can only build cities on certain spots, Marines can only have one city but can summon defensive towers, Guard start off really weak. Those are the main faction traits.

Space Marines only get one city. Its not really a handicap, as you get drop pods later and can drop your troops from your one city to any spot that is visible on the map.

You can, however, build fortresses that allow you to gather the bonus from the special resource tiles.
