Tau Battlesuit Question

So battlesuits get support item slots, but I'm not seeing where in the UI that is.

You have to research the support equipment you want and then it will be appear in the top left corner. You use the Item as an Ability and target with it the Suit unit of your choice.

its one of the many bufficons in the Unit Window bottomleft, when you mouseover you can see how much free slots left.

Ah thank you. I hadn't researched any other them yet so that's why. How are you all building your Tau cities? I'm trying to figure out the best way to boom their economy keeping utopia in mind.

I've found that building two of every type of building in each city and building 4 or more cities works pretty well. The first building gets +1 loyalty and the second drops it down to +0.
