Report a translation problem
So it just seems that the ability, at least in my opinion, is a bit lack luster. Ability cooldown is 3 turns (eg. Baneblade can spam abilities every single turn), range 1 and viable mostly against low "trash" targets. Marauder is a tier 9 research, cost to build and maintain is 4 times the amount of Thunderbolt. It just seems Marauder really has nothing going for it.
Well, it looks pretty cool when it's firing all its guns. :P
Use mobility to get in drop out tech priests and wyrdvane psykers from nearby valkyries
surround target with maruaders, pop the "take 50% extra damage" spell on the target and damage boost from techpriests on the marauders
Use primary attack and the bomb ability to do probably close to 15+ damage from each marauder pepper on valkyrie fire to taste then fly away to repair for a turn while bombs are on cooldown
I use this to hunt lone monoliths trying to reinforce the main lines of Necron armies.
I don't know whether it is meant to be or a bug but Awaken the Machine does not increase the accuracy of Heavy Bomb Clusters. No combo there. It does increase Baneblades Demolisher and lascannons and Hunter-Killers accuracy tho. So this might be a bug .
At any case Marauder still hardly seems a choice of cost effective firepower since you can get 4 x as much firepower at same price and upkeep by just building Thunderbolts, which at the same time are air superiority fighters. Misfortune combos with any unit so that doesn't add any value to Marauder either.
