How to build Kastelan robots?
I have constructed two Cult Mechanicus, in their description says it allows to build Kastelan robots, but I cannot. Is there any other requisit for it?

You can't build them, mate. You can spawn them from console or go and vote on the poll-thread for Mechanicus at best.

No, I'm dead serious - you can't build them, it's not allowed.

So the description is of an old build of the game or directly wrong.

I'm pretty sure in the beta you could build them, but they took it out for balance reasons.

I am a new player and I find Astra Militarum to be weak so when I saw them I thought I had the solution for that faction, but well maybe I need to relay more in some combination of units and heros I still have to find.

Honestly the trick with AM is to absolutely spam the hell out of Leman Russ' and Basilisks. Seriously. Your infantry will simply not stand up to anything, at all, ever past the early mid-game. If you find yourself getting spammed my Space Marines the best your infantry can do is absorb the shots that would've hit your tanks and MAYBE get a hit in with their grenades before they get absolutely pulverised by anything more powerful than a peashooter. If you're able to attack someone early on you should be able to take out a relatively early game enemy with massed Guardsmen in front of heavy weapon teams and Basilisks behind.

Late game you can just crush everyone under the slow and steady treads of your Baneblades, using Valkyries for flanking attacks with Stormtroopers and Bullgryns (which will die).

im ever puzzled when i read AM has a bad start. i must do something terrible wrong with them because for me there start is supersmooth. maybe im the only one ever got the idea using 2-3 Walkers right at the start? seriuosly the AM questline stomps not only your nose but you complete head on the fact this things are broken for how early you can build them....

i woudened call 2-3 spam, first building the vehicle building, that pump out min 2, when the first is out you have already a decent starttank (in form of a dmg eater, not a tank tank :) ) that together with 1 or 2 of your startguards can deal with all this smallfry wildlife, when the second comes out the duo can takle all grey stuff (like ever with all races, vs enslavers a lvl up is needed before, or was it 2? to not get MCed) and every enemy race will have a bad time and rethink if it send its infantry or even start vehicles vs them. offers also the bonus of having already the needed building for the basilisks you rushtech for, and a great scouting unit for them already in the field when you start basilisk production.
in the TT i see the AM walkers useless, but here they shine with all they can offer.
