Bug: Frostfang familiar seems to be able to mark minions with Rendrath's Mark

In the following link, I have provided a replay on version 2.12 that I believe there is a bug with a Frostfang Familiar and possibly the master Mordar (or it's tombstone buildin), currently being exploited by people online.

I happens throughout the game, but please pay close attention starting at 4:10. The enemy master kills a couple of minions, and they all come back raised as if they were mark by Rendrath's Mark, even though Rendrath itself is nowhere to be found on the enemy team (and it's not part of an hypnotize Rendrath either).
