Okay, Few problems here:
1-The Hard sell.
In arena mode the level hard sell takes place in the run-down nevadean supermall from madness 6.5, which happens "After" M:PN2. But arena mode can't happen after 6.5 because nexus city hasn't fallen yet so hofnarr isn't tricky yet, but he was in madness 2&3, before 6.5.

2-Jebus in madness 1

mpnc 1.5 happens before everything (except maybe marshmallow madness), mpnc happens just before mpn (you leave mpnc via truck and enter mpn on the run with said truck), mpn arena probably takes place after/before 1.5 and after mm but before mc1

i dont know where you got the hard sell problem from, i dont remember hearing anywhere they were the same mall

I think they're the same as they're both referred to as the nevadean supermall
