Speedrun Strats for MPN?

I am currently attempting to speed run MPN on tough difficulty. are there any strategies to cheese stages or glitches to skip stages entirely? so far all i have been doing is going through the campaign using techniques like spraying and praying, charging melee, throwing melee and jebus's dissonant bolt.

The only really cheat-y thing I've found is to use shoulder charge on enemies as they climb up into the arena to make them fall out and die, or another technique to knock them out of play. Unless they fall into liquid they'll usually die. It would be a little easier if you could see which characters had what skills.
Oh and fire/ explosives, since it seems to ragdoll many foes.
