Magazine types

So in arena there's four types of armour that provides additional magazines: "+ to mag" i'm assuming adds a specified amount of magazines to all weapons. "+ to heavy mag" i think adds a specified amount of magazines to heavy weapons. "+ to handgun mag" that's where it starts getting a little tricky. pistols probably, and smgs maybe? and then theres "+ to standard mag" rifles are pretty clear. but does it also add magazines to shotguns? would seem weird. but if it doesn't, shotguns would be the only kinds of guns that don't get ammo bonuses from any armor, which would seem equally weird. be nice if there was a more clear explanation of that.

+Standard mag covers SMG's, shotguns, and rifles. +Pistol mag covers anything in the pistol tab including the Taurus Judge .410 revolver spoof. +Heavy mag is anything in the heavy weapons tab. +Extra mag gives you an extra mag to all weapons.

Hi, i was wondering if the single shot shotguns or rifles, like the eraser, or u12, are covered by standard magazines, because of their single round capacity.

Just started new imprint, the first shotgun (single-barrel) does not gain spare shots on handgun magazine bonus but does gain on standard mag bonus. I assume this for all of them, but the short-barreled double barrels might count as handguns since they can be dual-wielded. Will test when I get back to the game and move this new imprint along.

Update checked it, all the shotguns seems to count as "Standard Magazine". Even the double-hunter shorts.

This is all referring to how many spare magazines and ammo you carry when you pull up a weapon from your storage and use it in the game. Some items give you more spare magazines.
