giving hirelings secondary weapons
i'd like to give my hirelings a secondary melee weapon so they are not completely helpless once their ammo runs out, i know i can ctrl+click a melee weapon on the ground and all of them will seek one out, but i'd still like them to have one on their backs by default

is this possible? and if so, how do i do it?
