The items aren't that good anyway and quickly become useless as you'll get better things. I leveled past them is the 1st day.
It's only to start off with & you'll get them again next palythrough.
I never said it was a bug. It's not a bug. However it is an annoyance. Seeing that they can be leveled up to 100 as you progress. Yes you get others that can replace them, but their stat lines are fairly good. Not sure how you leveled past them in the first day, the artifact cap, at least as far as i've seen is 100, unless you get ones that are higher level than that and I sure never saw any past level 100 in the first day.
If you had one, I don't see any reason why not. I never realized I did until long after an auto save and my previous save before that was hours eariler.
They all can be crafted to higher tier versions of themselves staying with you through out the entire game.

The Uplay items were made un-sellable with the recent Fall Update.
