Which one should I play? This one or Unrated?

Unrated is the original game and the other is the gutted & censored version because of the controversy of the game when it came out. If you want to purchase the soundtrack, you will need the censored version to get it as it's DLC for that one but you can pay a little more and just grab a copy of the soundtrack from Bandcamp if you want.

Definitely Unrated.
It's better in a lot of ways and the OG version doesn't over anything at all over the Unrated.

The games seem to have a different set of achievements. Are the achievements between the two games how similar?

well also in unrated you can kill babies and theres a scene of a mother feeding her baby piss, but in general i prefer agony

I wish i had known I had the unrated version all along because i would have played that. I mean, who doesn't want to see vaginas and demons having sex, wait that sounded a little sick LOL

Anyway, I just finished story mode and was wondering If you think I should give succumbus mode a shot? I hear good things about It on the forums. Also, how many more playign hours in succumbus mode?

Yes, Succubus mode is pretty good and changes the flow of the game, so there's no reason why you shouldn't try it. It's not too long, but I don't remember exactly how long it took me. You basically replay all the original levels, but you're faster and you can fight.
