Oh right! I just checked out her IMDB and she's in MK9 then, from 2011. Not the one OP was thinking about, but they do sound super similar in their MiIeena roles. Awesome choice on voice, though.

Oh what... now I'm confused, haha. IMDB is telling me its Grey DeLisle for MKX and Karen for MK9. What am I to believe now! :P

Oh I cracked the case: Grey only voices Kitana, but also does moans and grunts for Mileena (so not the dialogue itself, which is Kaaaaren). That clears it up! Thanks devs.
