landed flame dragon

Does anyone know where I can find a landed flame dragon? the one at inverted tower now flies :(

They all have the potential to fly now. Random chance determines whether it starts in the air or on the ground as far as I can tell. It sometimes depends on whether or not you yourself are flying. If you see one that starts on the ground, DON'T FLY. Tame it or kill it on the ground and it will stay on the ground with you. If it's already flying or if it flies while you are working with it, then chances are it won't land again. I see them outside inverted tower, right beside the ignus portal, and in several caves. Consider using the one at Morsgail cave if you are wanting a tame since you can jump up on the rock outside the cave to tame it without it ever flying. There are also two that spawn on the SE island in the beginner zone up the hill in the flat area behind the fire essence.
