Where can I get Mandrake Root?
It would be great if there was a complete guide to where you can find various plants.

Mandrake Root doesn't grow in the wild - there are two sources:

1) Farming: If you press O you'll see a recipe for Mandrake Seeds - use a workbench to convert Buffalo Felt Seeds (Buffalo Felt can be picked in the wild) and then grow Mandrake Root in plots. Each planted Mandrake Seed will give you 3 Mandrake Roots

2) Deconstruction: There are some high-level items from cave chest/NPCs that can be deconstructed and will give you Mandrake Root - can't recall which specifically. This isn't a very reliable method though.
