Server Gone!?

The server I've been playing on is missing from the list. US West Offical Server - Parasim. I have friends I was looking forward to playing with and a huge amount of work on my castle. Please tell me Parasim hasn't been wiped or something!?

The server I have been on for some time has dissapeared also.
Think the name was Serene. ( US West Offical Server)

Why does this company not care for its customers ? Or offer character movement?

Last month, my level 48 character was wiped from the Nin server.
No notice. (Unlike a few months ago. when a wipe was planned.)
Some players did not loose characters.

Many others were asking me where their charaters went?

Like how hard is it to copy the players user data to another server?

Wrote Blue Isle several times. No response.

I was level 60. Had a complex and fortified base I have put a lot of work into. I have a flame and a black dragon. I'm going to be really upset if they just wiped it all away like it's nothing.

My server is just GONE?! I have put many hours into it and have finally got to level 60. I would hate to get so frustrated that I bunch this and go to a more helpful and supported game. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will magically reappear. I too, play(ed) on Parasim.

same here, just waiting for a response because if they deleted the server on purpose they need to take responsibility on the lost characters and buildings.

I poked BIS Deanna on the discord but its the weekend and they dont show up here or there as often. The Community Manager left for another job recently so theres not as quick response these days, though they do check here.

Its probably something with G Portal but given the current state of the game this just sucks. Hopefully someone checks here soon and gets on that for you guys

News. Maybe Gportal had a problem with the server. It is back up !! (as of Sunday, Sep 30, 2018)
