how to get "salt" ?

i know that there are white-rocks near the ocean, the salty-waters.
these white-rocks give salt.
but how to get salt with the deconstructor ?

Most cooked food you get from monsters like orcs has salt as their ingreedient.
I personally would just go on a farming spreee of salt every once and a while.
Or you deconstruct the fried phoenix egg you can get from the mythical conjourer and deconstruct the butter to get salt and milk. Its pretty inefficinet even with a huge farm.

Salt is one of the few resources there isn't an easier way to get than harvesting nodes.
