Is it possible to have it on armor or it was removed? Never got drop\craft this, except rings

Mana regen was removed from clothing. It was a balance issue. It is still present on trinkets!

but you cant have a broomstick unless you change out your trinket should have 1 more slot for just broomstick or flying potion of somekind

if i understend devs hidden text, brooms\fly potions can have mana regen....

i host my own server and have spawned in many over 100 of each and none with mana or health regen
