Has anyone figured out how Mastery works?

Level up to level 60. After that, instead of level-ups, you get mastery. Mastery 1 is just as if it was level 61. But the required XP for L60 -> M01 is "only" 50,000 XP (compared to the 592,400 required for the level-up to L60).
As far as I've seen, mastery is only relevant for the newly added buildings and other skills in the skilltree. They require that you've got a minimum mastery level.

Mastery also provides additional knowledge points per level so that you can further flesh out your tree.

At me, i can say i didnt have any Points more per Level. Is it also littlebit Bugged?

I'm not sure what you experienced, but no, this particular part of the system is not bugged.

You say, if i am 60 and start in Master lev 1, i have knowledge points per Level. How many i have per Masterlevel? Becourse i have 0 points and after Master lev 2 also 0 points....
Thats what i want to know

I just tested it 5 minutes ago and I am being awarded a knowledge point per mastery level. Are you sure you're not looking for character points? Those are not awarded past 60.

I have only one green 0 on my right site of the Knowledgebase. And 0 is 0. There are no point. And 1 point per level? hmm is... littlebit.... low.... But, so on, i didnt have any point. in a few minutes i am Masterd lev 3 and i will have a Look

Ok. After Master Level 3 and relog i have... 1 point...
