iron ingots

I have iron ore, but cannot see how to learn or make iron ingots. Has anyone figured this out yet?

You need a "Forge" to make any type of ingot.

Once you have a lot of ignots and you're high enough level to make a rune recycler, just put the raw ore into the recycler for a 1 to 1 conversion. I'm not sure if that's a bug but it's a great way to get some extra rune crystals since there isn't a whole lot to do with iron and gold bars.

Okay I get that the funace would make the ingots, I have a forge, but nothing comes up that allows me to make ingots from the ore I have collected. The only options I have are for trinkets, ( a ring and pendant). I have looked at the selection of skills I can learn (thinking I had to learn it), but there were no options for learning ingots.
Can you be more specific?

you dont need to learn how to make ingots. its a free skill. Just click on the forge. You should see a few catagories listed depending on what skills you have paid for such as weapons, armor, trinkets etc.

Then select personal inventory i think that is the selection choice, and a list of recipies will come up for you.
