in my opinion there should be an option to place signs with custom text, if you want to label chests, add a friendly greeting or add a sign at spawn explaining the rules of the server if you are an admin. Also a custom flag system that is similar to rust (painting). Anyone else agree/disagree?

Also in the same vein, renaming Chests/Cabinets would be REALLY handy.
