how to get precious stone?

It's a random drop from the red glowing ore mounds.

Precious Stone can be found on top of mountains and in caves. You can also kill the new Giant Golem enemy.

The same way like you "mine" wood or stone: use the extract skill on a weapon. ;)

Iron Ore, Gold and Stone can be found in the Red stone deposits on top of mounts and in caves. They are a random drop, so you never know if you'll get them when u 'extract' from them. The little black rocks, typically found along lake shores have stone, gold and iron ore. And the large pale green, steel grey rocks have stone and iron...again, all are random drops.

Once you have extracted Iron ore or Gold ore, you need to smelt it in a forge.

U probably know this, but just looking at your posts it isn't clear, so I'll state the obvious just in case. You need to learn the lvl 5 spell 'extract' to do the above.
