Your Prefer Length of Spear

just curious about your choice i have been using Ray prefer it as 2 handed
spear and shield with ray is pain in the ass

Ray is the longest spear. With a shield, on horseback, you can do wonders with it. On foot, once again, Ray can be very effective, as long as you can control range. If your character is too slow, or wears armor that slows him too much, Ray becomes much less effective, especially with a shield. Then you may want a shorter spear, or better yet, a sword.

Here is a video I made years ago, to show how spears can be effective in Viking Conquest. The long spear that I use is Ray. The short one is a crummy one that I just happened to have in my inventory at the time I got into the discussion that made me shoot the video.

yea it funny that with ray without shield and berserk trait i do much better that 30% speed boost help alot to kite but the flashing red color is annoying as hell
